Payment Policy:

Here at Drip Depot we accept credit card and debit card purchases online using our secure check-out. 

For your protection, all orders must be placed online using our highly encrypted online process.  This process ensures that there is no misunderstanding of item numbers during the order taking process and by placing your order online, you are not giving your sensitive information to another person. In addition, we do not store your credit card information, so no one is able to retrieve your sensitive information thereby ensuring the safety of your credit card information.

We have designed our checkout process to be as user-friendly as possible.  Should you have any questions about our online checkout process, please reach out to our helpdesk and we will be happy to assist.

Alternative Payment Methods:

If you prefer a different method of payment, we are happy to accept the following upon request: Personal Check, Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, and PayPal.

To place your order using an alternate form of payment; please submit an alternate payment request at our helpdesk so we may best assist you. We will need to know: what items you wish to order, the address you would like the order shipped to, and the method of payment you will be using. 

(Please include specific item numbers for products and quantities, or you may send us a screenshot of your cart. Or you may create an account on our website, so we may view your cart.)

For personal checks please allow 7-10 days for processing. For business, cashiers check or money order, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Paypal invoices are sent via email, as soon as we receive confirmation of payment, we will begin the processing of your order.

Payments Over The Phone or In-Person:

We sincerely apologize, we are unable to process payments in person at our warehouse or over the phone.

Purchase Orders:
