We will replace any defective item with an identical item (if available) or an item of similar function and value. Most drip irrigation related items are covered with the exception of electronics and single use items. Below is a list of covered and a list of excluded items:
Covered Items:
- fittings
- filters
- drippers
- sprayers
- sprinklers
- tubing
- adapters
- punches
- pressure reducers
- stakes
- risers
Excluded Items:
- Any product with another manufacturer's warranty
- All electronic items such as timers and controllers
- One-time-use products such as fertilizers and plant care products
Exclusions and limitations:
This guarantee does not cover items that are damaged due to misuse or environmental conditions that are out of our control. Here is a list of conditions which are specifically not covered under this guarantee:
- Freeze damaged items due to exposing an item(s) to freezing conditions
- Clogged drippers or emitters due to insects, mineralized water, overpressure conditions, poor filtration, or physical abuse
- Damaged tubing due to over pressurization, physical abuse, improper cutting or hole punching, UV degradation, overly acidic fertilization injection or any other chemical that will degrade tubing performance
- Cross threading, overuse of thread tape or putty, mixing pipe threads and hose threads, using wrenches or other tools when only hand tightening is required
- If the issue is caused by something you did (wrong) or something in your particular environment that is beyond our control, then it is not covered under this guarantee
Return shipping costs:
- Within 90 days of purchase date: We'll pay all shipping costs! The only thing we ask is that you return the defective item back to us for inspection. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to cover return shipping costs
- Within 1 year of purchase date: You'll be responsible for all return shipping costs to return the defective item to us. We'll pay all shipping costs to send you a replacement item
- Over 1 year from purchase date: You'll be responsible for all shipping costs to return the defective item as well as all shipping costs to have the new item shipped to you
