Q: The ¼” micro tubing is popping off my drippers.
A: This can be caused by a couple of factors.
1. The micro tubing has been placed on the outflow of the dripper and and not the inflo.
2. The pressure is too high in the system. When using a ¼” line you want to have a max of 35 PSI.
3. The ends of the micro tubing are not cut at a straight angle.
4. If using vinyl micro-tubing in high temperatures this may occur. Poly (PE) tubing is more tolerant of higher temperatures.
