We are happy to assist with the return of your item(s). You may return any 'unused' items that do not meet your needs. Here are the instructions for how to return your items.
Select "Orders" from the list of options, and click on the order that you wish to return
Click the "Return" tab, click Return this order, and click ok.
You will now see the address to return your order to, and the RMA you have been assigned.

Please note that if your order qualified for our free shipping offer, the following condition applies:
*If items from an order that qualified for free shipping are returned and the adjusted order total drops below the free shipping threshold of $49, the original shipping costs Drip Depot incurred to get the order to you, will be deducted from the return.
An example of this would be you purchase $100 worth of items and return $70 worth of items. Your order total is now only $30; which does not qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost of the order we incurred was $7.50, which would be deducted from the $70 return. So you would have a refund of $62.50 in this example.
